YourTour is developed and marketed by deciZium, a dynamic Belgian company created in 2007. Specialized in decision support technology for the tourism industry, deciZium is actually a spin-off company of the Faculté polytechnique de Mons, specifically created around the YourTour project.


YourTour is an innovative IT solution for planning customized trips. This "Personal Tour Planner", uses a mathematical algorithm (computation engine) that has been developed to instantaneously generate fully customized trip propositions based on users’ preferences, wishes and constraints, used interactively, with multiple criteria.

This solution was originally developed for tourism businesses (tour operators, hotel chains, tourist offices, etc.) that would like to offer a new service to their clients.


Now YourTour technology is also available to consumers on our website www.yourtour.com. This site allows users to plan and book customized self-drive tours in France. Soon others countries will follow. We hope to showcase Spain and Florida for the plugg event. To do so, deciZium secured the assistance of two high-profile partners: Lonely Planet, for the activities, and Booking.com, for online hotel reservations. With www.yourtour.com, deciZium will revolutionize customized trip planning on the Internet.


DeciZium’s primary aim is still to market its technology for professionals in the tourism industry. The YourTour computation engine is indeed accessible in ASP (as a web service), or in XML, to be integrated on the website of tourism professionals.  A few contracts have already been signed with major players in the travel industry.
