Additionally, Jobsket has got its own CVs database and recommends candidates that put their CVs in public.
Candidates can also freely upload their CVs to Jobsket public's database. Candidates benefit from a very intuitive and easy-to-use system in which they don't have to fill any form in. Jobsket uses semantic technology to learn roles, places and skills of the candidate and matches that information with salary information from many sources to give a real time estimation of the value of the CVs in real time. Candidate finally know how much is their CV worth!
Candidates get automatically and without having to enter any information recommendations of job offers that match their CVs. Those job offers can come either from Jobsket or from external sites. Jobsket takes care of sending only job offers that really match their skills. Candidates can also promote their CVs and use Jobsket's widgets to embed the CVs in their website, or they can spread their CV on social networks like Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin.
