We are currently developing a call filtering software which has a unique patent-pending feature to detect urgent call.
Thus our call filtering enables the user the block unimportant calls from family and friends and yet allow important calls from family and friends to get through.
This is especially useful in situations such as meetings or when the user is asleep and does not want to be disturbed by unimportant calls and yet, want to allow important calls from the same people to get through
There are two ways in which the system determines if a call is urgent. The first way is by determining the number of times the caller has called in the last 10 minutes and the second way is by determining if the last 3 consecutive calls in the last 10 minutes are the same.
The rationale for this is that if a call is urgent, the caller will attempt to keep calling until they get through.
